1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScratchFrenzy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is owned and operated by EVQ AGENTIC LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ScratchFrenzy. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that lottery participation is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

ScratchFrenzy provides informational tools including expected value (EV) calculations, retailer hunt features, and community inventory reporting. The Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not sell lottery tickets, operate any lottery games, or guarantee any outcomes.

4. No Gambling Advice

Nothing on ScratchFrenzy constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to purchase any lottery ticket. EV calculations are estimates based on publicly disclosed prize odds and remaining prize counts, and are not guarantees of any outcome. You gamble at your own risk.

5. User-Submitted Content

By submitting inventory reports or other content to the Platform, you grant EVQ AGENTIC LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the Platform. You represent that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading inventory reports
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform
• Use automated tools to access the Platform at unreasonable rates

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EVQ AGENTIC LLC does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed is accurate or current. Lottery odds data is sourced from publicly available state lottery disclosures; we make no guarantees as to its accuracy or timeliness.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVQ AGENTIC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EVQ AGENTIC LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
