Delete Your Account
You can delete your ScratchFrenzy account and personal data at any time.
What gets deleted
- Your email, username, and password hash
- Your profile and preferences
- Your saved ticket scan history
- The link between your account and any inventory reports you submitted
Aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., "10 users reported Game X in stock") may remain in the platform but will no longer be tied to you. We retain a minimal log of the deletion request for audit purposes.
Option 1 — Delete from the Mobile App (fastest)
- Open the ScratchFrenzy app on iOS or Android.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be signed out.
Option 2 — Delete from the Web
Sign in at scratchfrenzy.app, open your profile, and use the Delete Account control.
Option 3 — Email Request
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account:
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, typically within 1 business day.
About Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future renewals:
- iOS: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions → ScratchFrenzy → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ScratchFrenzy → Cancel.
